About me
Alyssa Dalton is a PE and Health teacher and the Head Track & Field Coach at Corner Canyon High School. Prior to teaching, she worked as a personal trainer at VASA Fitness and coached athletes privately for speed and power development. She continues to bring a strong performance and wellness background into both the classroom and athletics. Alyssa is a former NCAA All-American in the 100m hurdles, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, CrossFit Level 1 Coach, and a USATF Level 2 certified coach specializing in sprints, hurdles, and relays. She is passionate about helping students and athletes build confidence, resilience, leadership, and lifelong habits through movement, competition, and meaningful connection.
